you can go past that limit once you leveled up the pilot in game to its max, then you edit the stats.

you know this game was my least favorite out of the dynasty warriors games, dynasty warriors was supposed to be based of the actual wars between those empires. so taking the actual historical aspect out of the game i was very displeased with it, none the less i bought it to keep my dynasty warriors collection strong.

Yeah, amd the DW Gundam series specifically is about Gundam. You shouldn't have bought the game if you didn't know what you were buying.
