sasuke99, you have to resign it with bruteforce.

If you have BruteForce set up with your user id, on the right side you should see the Rebuild button. Click it and select partial rebuild. You can also right click the file and select the option, or select Unlock Save to Work on Any Ps3 Account. Either of those should work.
