- Edit each mission's values and the general data
- Unlock missions

Array1) Was it x64 XP?
2) Do you have .Net Framework 2.0+ installed on your XP machine?
3) PAL is a video frequency/colour decoding scheme and has no effect on how save data is stored whatsoever
Your save loads fine. Your problem is not having .Net Framework installed or running the tool on a 64 bit OS

ArrayThats true, but there are some exceptions like it's between NTSC-U/NTSC-J (i've came across some weird differences in the 2 saves (for a game))

The save editor can be loaded with no problem, I can change my values, save et rehash it
but when I'm loading the save nothing has changed. I still have the same values as before (11997 and 13837).
