idroid, fulton device, robotic arm upgrades are messed up (example: i cant use arm skills and i can't extract nothing except soldiers.

Mine wasn't working at all before and I fixed it, here's what I did.

1. Make sure you use 1.0.0.0 for now.
If you use 2.0.0.0(1.0.0.2) it will unlock everything and break some weapons.
(If you already used v2, grab your backup and use v1 instead)

2. Make the same change to BOTH TPP_GAME_DATA0 and TPP_GAME_DATA1
In the editor it will show wrong numbers, but you are changing them anyway so who cares. :)
