I've been wanting to play around with this game again and need some help on modding the weapons. I've seen some saves on this site that have these one hit kill weapons and want to know how to modify my save like that. Thank you.

You just have to add a lot of the damage mods to it. For me I added like 30-40 damage mods to my weapons to do stupid amounts of damage :P
