GTA DNS SERVER

i am lookin for an individual that is fluent on DNS servers for GTA Online iam tired of seeing the youth charged for a service that could be offered for free. For the modders that are not commercializing there intelligence to the youth i tip my hat to all of you. we are her to help others and ourselves as much as we can .. in a non profit type of manor ... So i Am looking for the support in the location i started my modding trade so if anybody knows how to start this DNS server For GTA 5 xbox360 version i would like to learn this DNS thing is slightly out of my skill set so please just people with experience in the subject

Ummm, you are just a bit late... DNS servers have been patched since the start of 2014 :/
