To be quite honest just mod praxies and then inventory mod items u want problem solved stop asking questions that have been answered over 9000 times personally for me i modded right when i got the praxie point then hit no for right values then modded saved and that is it no freezing issues here so for all the people saying that they are having FREEZING issues u are doing something wrong sorry to say

1. You certainly AREN'T helping with that kind of talk.
2. You saw the steps I listed. Did you see anything wrong with it besides the superfluous 7th step (which, by the way, I skipped the next time and it still didn't work)
3. I have looked through this entire thread and I do not believe the loading screen freeze issue has been addressed. The helicopter thing has, but not this..
