Does this actually work? I have tried to follow along, but it seems like it does give the wrong stats. I am just looking to unlock the gold challenges. If this has worked for someone, maybe they can give a walk through on how they accomplished it. Thanks.

Hi guys i know this is very late but i would like some help with the police suit. I have been trying to hex code it but i coudnt find the right codes can anyone help me? and maby even post a download link of the gpd with the suit?
