okay for all the people who want the skill points mod, it is still IMPOSSIBLE right now to do that.
Jappi and others are very close and Jappi already found where it should be so it wont be that long soon.

to all the people saying that 999,999,999 is to much, i mod my saves to 2147483647 -that is in the billions and my save never becomes corrupted so it does not have to deal with the total amount you can add with the mod tool unless the IDs go over some of the main ones and replaces thus then making that weapon corrupted/non existant

i did find the location where all the skills have been writed, but coudnt get it to change without freezing.

maybe i need a cirtian value to activate, or unlock.

olso i found the number of skills you unlocked, its beeing used to tell how manny skills you have unlocked, if you change that number then the file wil get corupted.

the skill structure looks like this :

Actually you failed to mention in the instructions that you have to disable your antivirus, because that is the reason it would not compress

How do We get it so when we try to load our save it wont say cant decompress file? Ive now tried it with a pre-made character and a brand new character and both just say cant do because it cant decompress and their both 60kb. PLZ HELP

Delete the tool, disable your anti virus, and then download the tool again, then it should work :)
