Has anyone figured skill points yet? or de-leveling? I've edited the save file to give myself FFFF ammo but I can't seem to figure skill points. I did manage to de-level but I lost all my skills when I loaded the game. Anyone else giving this a go?

If you set your character to Lvl50 and exp to 3008316 (max) distribute your points into the skills you want. Exit and edit the save.~ with a hex- editor (you seem to know how to get to this step) set the XP hex from (00000032) to (00000001) in all appearances
The second part is changing the L50 hex (00000032) to L01(00000001) for 3 Instances. Note: if there are five instances of 00000032 then edit the one after your name at the beginning of file and there will be two sandwiching the Xp hex. If your still unsure change one value and test. I've done it on multiple profiles so it can be done.

Hey nice mod tool. it works but i am having a problem because the mod level wont work for any of my characters the only way i can level my characters up is using the xp mod. also you should throw in an option to reset the character to level one so you can get all of the skills on the skill tree. other than that this mod tool is perfect!

Yea, about the skills. It's been said that the skills are directly in the game itself. And any modifications (so far) to it, will corrupt the save. The highest number it can go to is 49, when modified to go higher the game recongizes this, and will not allow it, thus corrupting your save.
