Every time I spend a skill point it adds about 2-3 lines worth of hex values immediately after the 00000AE0 string, which happens to be the string containing the value for my total exp. Definitely not coincidence. It's probably the skill trees getting mapped out, but I'm not sure. I think it maps out the skills I choose which makes this alot more difficult than I thought to find this damn hex string for my upgrade points.

Okay.. so maybe someone can answer this quick.. Are any of you actually running this editor for PC? I'm trying to edit my savefile for pc with the editor.. I can open the save file in the editor without doing anything. File - Open, bam. I can see my cash, lvl and xp.. but there's no text in the editor at all, and on the items page it is completely empty with no text. The other problem is that I'm unable to get modio to open a savefile from my pc version. I'm almost sure im doing this right, lol but am I right to say that this isn't intented for the PC save? I can't imagine its different, but who knows. I can't exactly check the 360 version (which is obviously working for the rest of you) to see if I'm doing this right, and the problem is just because i'm using a PC save.
So.. Can anyone confirm they got this working with a PC version save file?
I recommend just editing the file yourself. The most easiest way to do that is use hex editor, and search for you values in 32Bit Int, big/low endian.
Also, I haven't looked at the save, but I'm sure the items are going to be close together.
E.G.
01 01 01 01 01 01
01 01 00 01 01 01
01 01 01 00 01 01
01 01 01 01 00 01
Anything with a zero, you would probably want to change that to a one.
fyi
1 = true
0 = false
does anybody know how to hex extra skill points
