Gears of War PC Editor?

Hey guys. Just a quick question here. Is there an editor for Gears of War on the PC? Something that'll make it look like legit achievement unlocks? (No the Windows XP hack) Like the Xbox editor. Thanks.

Thanks for the trainer for gears mate, much appreciated. Am i allowed to post on this tread for a request on another game? if not my apologies, i want to know if there is a save editor or mod for Warhammer 40 k and its expantions.
