L.A. Noire Game of the Year edition rumored for November

L.A Noire may have had a few setbacks on its way to launch (and even after launch), but now that it's out it seems publisher Rockstar Games can't wait to release another version of developer Team Bondi's open-world title.
Gaming news site VG247 reports that retailer listings suggest a November launch for L.A. Noire's Game of the Year edition. While no official word has come out of Rockstar headquarters, distributor schedules in Nordic territories were apparently given the new date, leading to the appearance of the retailer listings.
This particular version will reportedly come with all the paid content released post-launch for L.A. Noire. These will presumably include the Naked City pre-order extra and the two subsequent Rockstar Pass releases, Nicholson Electroplating and Reefer Madness. Adding the PS3-exclusive case, The Consul's Car, to all versions of the GotY edition sounds like a rather enticing idea too.
A couple of months ago, Team Bondi was hit with allegations of unfair labor practices by former staffers who worked on L.A. Noire. These allegations included claims that Rockstar wanted to cut ties with Team Bondi, although the former's CEO, Strauss Zelnick, has described L.A. Noire as a "strong franchise" for the publisher. Perhaps pushing out the GotY edition so fast is their way of reiterating that. Or maybe its just to help the developer out with their money woes.
