Nope you cant, not with this editor anyway. I don't usually allow for such extreme modifications in my editors because they can break the game and the whole point of my editors is to allow as much editing as possible without breaking the save or your game.

However, if you'd like to try and mod a save yourself, the offsets for character levels are as follows:

            Kaim = 0x0000036C
            Seth = 0x00003B50
            Ming = 0x00007334
            Sarah = 0x0000AB18
            Jansen = 0x0000E2FC
            Cooke = 0x00011AE0
            Mack = 0x000152C4
            Sed = 0x00018AA8
            Tolten = 0x0001C28C
