Have you ever used any "non-jtag" releases?
I think they might have some problems, I read about that reviewer that got banned for marketplace theft, and also about a possible problem with the recent BlackOps map pack...
Just create a temporary GT and post your problem on the xbox.com forum, you might get some more info from them.

I don't have a JTAG and I never used any accounts to get the Marketplace Content for free. So I got banned for NO REASON....

Same exact thing happened to me earlier this month. I've never stolen anything (Xbox or otherwise) and I never committed fraud. I called Customer Support, and though he said he couldn't do anything, he did look into my record and couldn't see anything that got illegitimately.

Remember that thing about wrongful bans a couple weeks ago? How MS admitted that there was a software glitch and that they've unbanned everybody who was affected? The time period they're referring to is far too short to be realistic, and I don't think they've truly unbanned everybody who was affected. In fact, you're evidence that the problem is still happening, despite the fact that MS claimed to have discontinued use of the faulty software.

Two sites I would recommend visiting. First, here is a petition for MS to fix the issue for real: Microsoft wrongly banning Xbox consoles from accessing Xbox LIVE (there may be others, but this is the one I signed). Then I would file a complaint with the BBB here: Better Business Bureau. If you file a complaint, make sure you make clear that you've already been in contact with Customer Support and that they can't help you, and that you specifically request the attention of part of Xbox's Enforcement Team (otherwise, they'll just stick you with CS and you'll be right back where you started).

Hope that helps, and I hope you have better luck than I did; I'm already 600 GS into my new account because they refuse to unban me. I may speak with the BBB again soon, though.

So today I try to sign into my account and I find out that fagsoft perma banned my account....

I purchased 2000M$P the other day using paypal and bought Crimson Alliance with the points. That was the ONLY time I used the Marketplace within the last month....

yea i was banned 2 and idk y only dlc i used but not payed for was zombie island and maxio dlc for borderlands and i used the disk to dl them 2....
