I was banned quite a while ago and i decided to check my emails and found out i was unbanned they gave no reason as to why i was banned at first i thought it was because i stayed on the black screen for to long when trying to boot up black ops a stupid update came on and my console would not shut off so i was like great now im going to get banned but it was not because of that just there stupid error atleast i was rewarded for my ban
Found out today so im all happy again but now i just found out i MIGHT have cancer in my stomach i found out by my own research i really hope its something else im going to the doctors soon to check it out im very scared right now and anxiety makes it sooo worse hope you get everything sorted out MS are horrible but the gifts are nice haha

I was just banned myself not to long ago for market place theft. Funny thing is that I am deployed and have not been on xbox live for about 4 months. My wife is helping me fight it right now, but I have found the process to be very uninformative and annoying to say the least. When I asked them what content I was being charged with DLing without paying for, they told me they could not see that info and to look at my DL's. Well I have looked at my DL's and have found everything was either free or I did purchase. This matter is still being dealt with but I do not expect a resolution to the problem till around the time I get back from deployment.
