Horizon lets me do it without an error.

It had already been determined that there is a problem with recompression that has to be fixed. Check the other threads.

Here is my save.. I zipped it with a wordpad that has everything that's currently in my inventory.. I Hope your editor is going well, I would love to just have more money and more of the parts.

I forgot to add "Wellsprings Race Certificates-8" They are gained for winning races, and used to purchase buggy upgrades & Weapons..

I have 2 testers. The fatboys ammo was modified correctly. Everything else however turned negative for some reason. The way this game reads the save is nothing I've ever seen -_-
