just from what i've been reading on gamefaqs, a lot of people are finding that they can max out only 2 stats, with the rest being A's or B's. all of that depending on type.

thats legit though. the guy i fought againsed must have had s in everything. he hit me with 1 y combo that fully charged his spirit bar... and i do mean fully
his next move was a final ful power big bang kamehameha thingy... did 90K damage to my guy.
BTW his Y combo did around 50K damage.
my guy has 62K health at the time. (lots of health boosters)
Sounds like ISO modding to me. I honestly would be surprised if the stats themselves as implemented by the game naturally could cause that kind of effect. I contemplated ISO modding via hotswap on a few games (don't have JTAG), but never with online ones. That just ruins everybody's fun.

for the sake of the editor, that's just what seems to be confirmed by others, that you can only max out 2 stats.

I can testify that the results you are seeing from the Create A Character stats online are not "ISO" editing. Infact all the files are stored in AFS format with compression that QuickBMS scripts won't even crack all the files are packed just like Raging Blast. Now given that information, the only plausible disc modding would be xex modding and that is CLEARLY not what is going on here. Xex modding requires the use of IDA and a PPC Assembly Language knowledge base along with a homebrew/devbox that can access Xbox Live without getting the keyvault revoked and there is only a VERY EXTREMELY small percentage of us that can actually do all those things, let along waste our time modding stats for an online game when you could actually fix the hashes yourself in a gamesave. If you are seeing people run around all hax0red out it is because they are modifying the gamesaves....
If anyone beat hero mode can you.please post your save I feel silly.saying I'm completely overwhelmed :)

Thats cool, except....well I have seen someone who modded both Raging Blast games (disks) [On his banned "Non-jtagged" box] Which gave him all the items including the items that you aren't suppose to have like "Fierce God" and items like that. You know, mods like that. Which he didn't do all of those things, but ok. (Otherwise I wouldn't have said anything about ISO modding in the first place)
Not to mention someone on the leaderboard also admitted to ISO modding Raging Blast 2 on video a while back. Now, naturally because I have seen both first hand I'm going to go with the proof over a user that has 1 post (with a new account which might be a duplicate account for stuff like this), and well.... no reputation with no creditability to back it up, it's harder to believe someone like this.
(I'm not saying you are entirely wrong or even wrong at all, I'm saying "CLEARLY" it didn't take that much effort for some to ISO mod it.
As far as the Stats go for DBZ UT and ISO modding, for all you know they could have done the same thing as far as Item modding and having Items you aren't suppose to have that gives you Unbelievable Stats/power/etc... Much like the "Fierce God" item on Raging Blast 2, plus other items that let you start the battle in Raging Soul AND have SUPER health Recovery...just to name a few. I wouldn't have known what those items are if I didn't see it for myself and if I didn't have the Pre-Ordered Enhanced Character Goku that came with the "Fierce God" item but not the other items. Which you could not customize Enhanced Characters. I am not throwing out the possibilities of either modding. Stats modding are on the save but item modding to unlock items that cannot be obtained in the game normally is on the ISO as I have been told many many times.
Trust me, I don't say stuff unless I know for a fact there is some sort of truth behind it. That prevents non-sense and making someone look like an idiot, which is why I'm saying that you possibly are right with all the steps for 100% ISO modding but when seeing the ISO mods in action form someone who isn't that skilled in ISO, do it and having someone catch someone admitting to ISO modding it in an Xbox Live party "via Capture card" a while back and post it on GameFAQS a WHILE back....leads me to believe its not as hard as you might make it out to be. Also I'm not saying people aren't save modding their saves either. However, This was directed toward the ISO modding portion. )
Please don't get it twisted, I am not saying you are wrong. I'm just saying I've seen Mods that can only be attained via ISO modding that has nothing to do with stats directly, but indirectly (on the later games).
