Re: Dragonball Z - Ultimate Tenkaichi Modding - Saves Needed!

I've just confirmed that the stats do indeed carry over; my custom was just destroyed by Future Trunks, and my health wasn't at 60000 (more like 28000, which is as high as it is in Hero Mode) and my attacks were doing only so-so damage. And it was a ranked match, too. So we now know that stats do affect online.

What we don't know is how high custom character stats can go compared to normal characters. If they can't go too much higher than normal characters, it may not be that bad. Of course, I haven't been hacking this game, so I don't know how high the stats can go via hacking.

EDIT: Will there be a checksum fixer included with the editor?

As long as they go high enough for me to have any kind of chance of beating Piccolo I'll be a happy man. The slimy green tosspiece has just owned me 8 times straight on hero mode, just havent got the power or health to take him down.

Looking forward to the editor loads now, gonna enjoy ramming my boot up his little green hoop.

Excited for the editor! But if you need a save to toy around with here is mine. file has story beaten and would LOVE to have a maxed out hero mode.

Just like you Renegade, I get this game tomorrow. I'm stoked. Was there a pre-order bonus this time?

HAHA! Yeah Piccolo was a nightmare, but I noticed that enemies will use one attack over and over again (Y or X), or alternate every time. And 99% of the time I would win the changing between blast and melee range by pressing Right, It seems predetermined.

Hmmm, I'm kinda skeptical on making an editor for Hero's Stats. If it can max out and cannot exceed the max (where people without the editor can reach) then I might consider it. If you can exceed and have an unfair advantage to those who do have the editor, then no.
We''ll be looking into other things as well
