Nothing more to talk about modding it (except for speculations on what possibly to mod), until it can be done.
I made a trainer for MGS2 on xbox1 back in the day, Perhaps i can port it to 360's version.

in MGS3(S), You have to find and shoot all 64 Kerotans (Frogs).

To get all Boss Camo, you have to win with a Non-Lethal victory. (Except The End, you have to sneak up on The End and holding him up (aim at his head and hold it there until he lays on the ground. he will say, "I don't think so" twice then say, "Here, Take this and go." and will drop it along with a Flashbang soon after.)

If you use the Stealth Camo Device and The Spirit Camo (The Sorrow's Camo Can drain Enemies Stamina while CQC choking them and Eliminates Footstep Noise) you will be COMPLETELY Invisible to all.
:D I love me some MGS3 (all of them too, but this is my Favorite beside MGS4/MGO)

    EDIT:
    **Infinite Abilities - CAMO TIP**

Acquired by selecting "I Like MGS3!" The FleckTarn Camo will give you Infinite Battery (For use of Sensor or any equipment that requires battery.)

Green Face Camo. Supplies an infinite grip gauge when equipped. Is obtained by giving the player's name as "I Like MGS3" when starting a new file.
Brown Face Camo. Supplies an infinite O2 gauge when equipped. Is obtained by giving the player's name as "I Like MGS3" when starting a new file.

    **Achievement Hint** 100% Camo
besides the Stealth Camo Device, The End's MOSS CAMO is the only Camo that will give your Index 100% (The Fear's will only get you to 80% anywhere at the cost of your stamina)

    **Another Achievement Hint** Tsuchinoko
Easy way to Catch the Tsuchinoko is: Make sure you are in the Area where you fight The Fear at, Kill all living creatures, set up 3 mousetraps around the entrance of the Warehouse (that way you can clear see your mousetraps), go into the Warehouse and come back. All 3 Traps are filled and one will at least be the Tsuchinoko. Crawl over your mousetraps to pick them back up and you are good to go.

The Prison break (important): After you've been captured, you'll lose all your gear, and that of course includes your Tsuchinoko. Just proceed normally to the waterfall with Eva. After you've met up with Eva in the cave, and the cutscenes are done, go out the way you came in, so you're back outside again. The Tsuchinoko will be on the river banks, crawling along. This time, it will be visible. It should be on the river bank to your left. Just look around for it there, you should still be in sight of the waterfall, it's close to it. It might be worth looking at it in the survival viewer before you lose it, so you know what to look for. It does stand out a bit, with it's way of movement.
If you can't see it to start, just keep looking. Just shoot it with your MK22 when you find it. Don't kill it, as you will need it alive. Pick it up again, and you're set for the rest of the game, just make sure you don't eat it or dispose of it.

If you keep it alive until the end of the game, where Ocelot kindly chucks it off the plane with your items, you will gain infinity face paint and the rank of Tsuchinoko. This face paint will give you unlimited ammo when worn.
Just remember all I've said, and you should be able to catch and get all the rewards from your Tsuchinoko.

Working on the Last few Achievements for MGS3. Almost got them all on the First Playthrough. Missing a few :D

If you have a save with the Stealth Gadget would you be kind enough to upload it?

I was going to after had gotten it (so far my save has the Infitity Face Camo, Most of the Camos (All Boss Camos), the Patriot, Camera, and a few other stuff.) Thinking of re-doing it on another difficulty

However, I thought I got all the frogs the first time around but I think I either missed one or hit the same one twice, which is why I didn't get it and haven't uploaded my save. (lol I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my shared stuff)

Yeah I just went through (again for like the thousandth time lol love MGS3) and I guess I must have missed 1 or 2 of the Kerotans and I didn't stamina/non-lethal kill The Fear or sneak up on The End. Just want to go back and mess around and have fun now.
