1 Maxed out everything Skyrim Starter save Before Creation Screen

As Promised Here is My two Skyrim Saves

Save 1
its before Creation Screen so you can make him what ever you want
Boosted Stats of 9999 but you can still level up this also has no skill points
Base stats are still low
9,999,999 gold
9999 Empty black soul gems
Full set of Deadric Gear
and all deadric weapons with 999999 Deadic arrows
9999 on Health Magicka and Stamina
999 Dragon souls
9999 lockpicks
