It just matters if someone can find it in the save file.... If there isn't an offset for it then it wont be possible to mod it with a normal mod tool.

If the only thing you do is mod items by putting them into a barrel then the only other way to mod Skyrim is to get the PC version then use the console command to mod it.

unfortunately I don't have that great of a computer so I wouldn't be able to run it. I guess I'm going to have to wait very patiently to see if an editor will be updated

I cant get it to work.....I find a barrel empty it then put gold in it but the tool loads the wrong barrel

Just got me thinking I just hex the quantity and id swap a bunch of misc items to more important ones and it worked.

Only thing I notice is that you have to put the quantity backwards. instead of 270f you have to put 0f27.

so why haven't you add it this to your tool?

well done dude. this would make it easier then hexing as i did with mine also saves people the time of messing around gd stuff

Whenever I see that people are editing gold in this game, you need to put the gold in a barrel, I have a question. "Why does it need to be in a barrel?"
