hi red hulk first i want to say thanks for the tools but every time i modd my save and push to save the modd i get an error, and this System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\blacksnight\Desktop\S3-DATA00' because it is being used by another process.

i have a situation here hulk. when i upgrade the weapon only the attack and quality max out. the rest revert to 0 when the file is saved. i tried various saves ( thankfully i have a backup ) but still nothing. any suggestions?
