This should solve the endless questions relating to running dd.exe.
Somewhat simple, but effective.
Before anyone asks, I have fairchild's approval to include (embed) dd.exe in my interface
Here is a Picture taken on launch of the .exe for the first time
This .exe is designed to simplify compressing and decompressing your DunDefHeroes.dun
It automatically creates the "DD-modding" Folder located on your Desktop, just move your DunDefHeroes.dun file to the "DD-modding" Folder and continue the steps.
Don't worry, "DD-modding" folder will only be created IF it does not already exist, it will not be a endless file generator. (Those get annoying)
~~I do not have a fail-safe built in yet to stop you from trying to compress "save.decompress" if it does not exist, although the dd.exe will say file does not exist~~
You do need to move your NEW "DunDefHeroes.dun" to "DD-modding" to edit your NEW game save, its not a one time move (unless you make the save location of the DunDefHeros.dun inside the "DD-modding" folder)
The instructions are built in to the .exe so it is nearly impossible to mess up...
Just remember that after you decompress or compress you need to "Press any key to continue. . ." then you can input your next command you'd like to execute.
If you have any problems let me know and I will up-loading a .bat or a new .exe with corrections if its seems like its a programming error.
So far testing it works on all windows versions except "Windows XP" (I will be uploading another .bat or .exe for operating systems that can not execute my .exe correctly) But you still can try downloading it and launching it, I have had a few people say it is working for "Windows XP", and should be executable on apple operating systems.
READ ME.txt included, so read it!
