What mean 1K save set ???

1K means 1000, its a set of saves that unlock all 1000 achievement points for that particular game

Does any of the saves contain infinite health around the beginning of the game? I couldn't figure out how to get it at the start.

not to be a dick, but as far as i can tell this unlocks offline achievements. its only 860, not 1k. unless i'm doing something wrong and certain saves unlock online achievements.
