How To Use:
------------------------------------------------
1. Hit Open and click on the Extracted Save you want to load
2. Wait for it to finish searching and load
3. mod what you want
4. rehash and resign and Enjoy ;)

Note:

Ignore the NumSlot if it gives an outrageous number (if you know the correct one)
I am still wondering how that works. I think it is injected... Based off the 
saves I have looked at the pointer for it is the same but for some saves
it gives a weird value.. not sure how it works yet so I will fix that 
after more research. (Same with money. it might do that as well. you can
mod it and see if it works though. just backup your save.)

What it does:
Mods Money, max loot, Inf Ammo (no reload etc.), NumSlots, Max Money, fBarXP, fBarTotalXP,
fCurrentLevel, fAvailableUpgradeLevels, setPlayerProgressionLevel, Health modding.

Edit: for health to stick change it to 700. thanks RPGGuy for testing that ;)

Huge update: fixed bugs, added a button for each thing. added health and level moddings >.> expect some weird values from the levels. if you get weird values just ignore them..
