Batman: Arkham Origins for Wii U, as well as Blackgate for Nintendo 3DS, have both been delayed from their October 25th release date in Europe. While the release date in other regions remains the same, Europe will have to wait until November 8th to play both games on Wii U. Interestingly, the PC version of the game was also delayed in Europe, however, all other platforms are still adhering to the October 25th date.

In Europe the game will apparently also cost more. In North America, the Wii U version has been discounted 10 dollars, whereas in Europe, the Wii U edition of the game is consistently being sold at a higher price point than on other formats. This is just the latest blow to Nintendo fans who were recently hit with the news that the Wii U version of the game would be released with no online multiplayer. With the release date now a few weeks away, it remains to be seen whether or not the higher Wii U price tag will change.
