My first WPF editor but it isn't coded in C# lol

Big thanks to cybersam for teaching me how to use WPF and its functions
*************************************
How to use:

1. Extract your TENCHU_Z file to your desktop (don't extract the file out of the CON/STFS file)
2. Open up my editor
3. Click the Open button and find your save
4. Change the money amount to 999999999 (just copy and paste that)
5. To max your Health, Strength and stamina click the Max Stats button
6. Click Save
7. Close program and rehash and resign
