Hi,use this version. It works and is the last that Jappi posted. For those who still do not have the editor, use this. I used it myself for a change asave and it works great :D

I download the editor from your link, only for it to tell me that Database Resources are missing. Then it begins to download them, with a new pop up coming up saying that theres a database update and I need to download that. After I do that, the first message appears again, making it so I cant use the tool at all.

That is because the database and other link has been took en down for maintenance as well.

I figured it out. You have to change the database and Backup loacations to where they are on your computer.
