a little editor to edit your money and give you all cars.
just open or drag and drop your autosave, edit your desired money, and hit save.
no need to Rehash/Resign, the editor does it for you.

Edit : misreaded you post, sorry for that, if you already have 4.0 then it should work.
I didn,t have time to test this properly, but if there anny bugs, or more editables, then i 'l fix it tomorow.
