Hey guys, been awhile since I posted an Editor :) This is still being worked on and more features are still going to be added to it.
To use just extract your "Slot##" file from your save and load it into the Editor.

I added pointers to the Editor
Added Base Points and Faction Points
Removed the Infinite Boost button (value moved around and I lost it lol)
Credit to feudalnate for PackageIO.dll
