Resident Evil 5 Trainer [RETROBYTE Single Trainers](REQ)

I am trying the trainer for the first time I have put the same on xbox hdd but everytime I run the xyztrainer file it gives me an error and when I run the patcher.xex it says that the trainer has started but when I run the game it freezes everytime can anyone tell me what I may be doing wrong because I have tried two trainers one of resident evil 5 and other of gta V both time I got the same thing
