Setting up a video stream website for one other person?

Hey guys,

A friend of mine wants to watch some TV show, and I happen to have all episodes available. The site she used to use for streaming went down, so I offered to maybe figure out a way to stream the episodes I have. But I honestly have no idea how to do this just yet. Is there anyone here who has experience in this?

PS. Bandwidth shouldn't be an issue. It's only one person viewing this.
