It just adds a battle verse them two and they have a combined health of 1.2 mil and I have fought them about twenty times now and only have unlocked lightning, their rare drops are stupid though they cause poison on their user and cut their health in half but adds 66% to strength or magic. So I would guess its worth 4 buck just to have lightning's bad ass in the party.
