Has anyone figured out how to change hair color yet using the hex codes?

hey, im new to this whole editor stuff and my english isnt that good, great work with the tut video i did everything right but it dosnt work out for me.. guess cuz of the new patch and the dlc and stuff am i right? would b cool if someones so kind and answer to a newbie like me :-)

Praise lord jesus after like three days of pure annoyance this worked for me. Just in time for me to play through dlc.

Eye color, hair color, eyebrow color, tattoo color are all in the area 0xE8-0xF7. Pretty sure it goes in that order as well. There's a lot of appearance data right there (that whole section + the section below it) so you can do fun things but I don't have the exact stuff written down

Of course! If it helps everyone else out please share. I was nitpicking at my backup saves for two days straight before one of the guys over at the Fextralife forums put me on to this.

Also with this method, you can edit a pre-patch backup save file and put DLC items on it with no errors until Jappi updates the program.

Only tested this method with a 4-char save file, currently testing with a 9-char corrupted file since that's Jappi's editor limit..

Last Edit: Everything checks out.
User_Data01-09 and User_data0a are for the first 10 slots
And then User_data0b-0f and user_data10-15 are the supplementary data for slots 1-10

since we got this update the editor isnt working at all. Should i just wait for an update?

Editor won't work on these saves because of the calibration. You can either wait for a fix or edit pre-patch saves, which still work just fine.
