If you already finished the game, create a new game with the same character and choose the chapter 13. Done.

OMG! I've done it! Create a new game and choose SAME CHARACTER you've finished the game and you can choose ANY CHAPTER.

yes m8 beaten the game but for got to back my save befor going on the boat (With The Tide the point of no return) i cant be ass to play all the game again just want to do the side quests and get the rest of the Collectibles.
