First off i wanna say this was my hardest tool yet....But its here..
I think this is the first G.I Joe SE that lets u unlock everything...
ok it unlocks all regular character,all secret characters (which there is only 2) and all missions..Also Battle Points

How to use save editor

1.Open your save in horizon ( i say this one cause i used it and it works great) GIJOE_25(something like that)
2. Next go to ur contents and extract the file within the save(it will look exactly the same as ur normal save)
3.Open G.I Joe SE Mod watever u want.(Please be advised do not go over 255 points,i think it converts it back to 255 anyway)...ex. u want to unlock all missions click it once and it saves that...same as every button if thats all u want to mod just click the button..no need to hit the save button thats all for ur points..
Also when u do unlock all missions they will be completed but u can still go back through them..
4..moving on.....after done modding wat u want and it saved, open ur main save in horizon, go to contents and right click on the save file and hit replace..replace with the file u just modded..
5. then rehash and resign...
6..most important part enjoy...
