I would love to see a mod tool that gives any weapon, max money, infinite health and cars in your garage :) maybe even max ammo.

How in the actual Hell are you able to mod this game? Please explain. Would be very handy for the rest of us. I am going to assume that you found a way to reverse the security so that you can hex edit.

A tool is being worked on by me and a few other people. So far we have the encryption key, save structure, and hash location. We are working on figuring out what type oh hash it is and how it is calculated.
