Does anyone know how to mod the My Player skill points?

Open your My Player save with a HEX workshop. Look for offset 00273138. Replace offset with 01 99 01 99 01 99 etc. all the way across. Save, Rehash and insert save back. Enjoy. This is for Skill points by the way.

For me there is no offset 00273138.

Edit: Never mind I found it but it was 0027313E for me.

At the top of hex editor you'll see the number 16 i think it is. Change it to 24 and you'll be able to find this offset

I Located The Offset And Changed Everything And It Didn't Work...

Then I Downloaded This Mod Tool But It Does Nothing Also....
