Need help! Dark souls save edit error

First, I extracted DRAKS0005 from my DS profile transferred from xbox360 to my Sandisk, using USBXTAFGUI.exe
I used "Dark Souls Beta 1.2.0.0" to edit my DRAKS0005
I only modified the 3rd slot
Then used USBXTAFGUI.exe to insert the modified DRAKS0005 back to Sandisk
But when I cut the DS profile from Sandisk to xbox360, the game says Save corrupted

Now I have only the edited profile.
Is there any way to repair my DS profile ?
I have played this game for more than 1000 hours
I just don't want to lose my characters that I spent so much time on molding.

After you "insert the modified DRAKS0005 back to Sandisk" you have to make sure that you Rehash/Resign your save, or else it will ALWAYS come up as corrupt...

But I don't see Rehash/Resign in "USBXTAFGUI_eng.EXE"
How do I rehash/resign?

Sorry, I just tried again.
I found that when I finish editing and press the save button in "Dark Souls Save editor 1.2.0.0", there will bump up a box saying "Files successfully modded. Rehash/Resigned!"

but the same problem occurs, when I cut DS profile back to xbox360

Try using Horizon to extract the save and to inject the save back onto the USB, don't use USBXTAFGUI.
