PLAYSTATION 4 OUTSELLS WII U WORLDWIDE IN FOUR MONTHS

Sony has announced that the PlayStation 4 has sold six million units worldwide. The Wii U has only shipped 5.86 million units worldwide since it launched in November 2012, according to figures provided by Nintendo as of December 31st, 2013. Sony’s PlayStation 4 launched in November 2013.

Agreed. Nintendo make some of the best games out there, alot of my all times favourites are Nintendo. Sadly, their marketing skills are really sub par at times, thats why the Wii U and 3ds/2ds are not performing well in the sales. If they had chucked the Wii U out a year earlier then maybe things would have been different but releasing at a time when people were getting hungry for the next gen consoles was a stupid move.

I hope they do well, would be a shame to see Nintendo having to take the Sega route and only make the odd game rather than giving us a console
