What part of it? brienj has an incredible tool out that allows you to import custom ones. Even if you didn't want to use that, and have a modded console, it's fairly simple to import custom ones over the already existing in-game ones.

What can you mod that these editors can't? Or you just asking if people need help using the editor's? Cause if you got some things that the editors can't do and without JTAGGING I got some ideas for ya lol
