He just means that some people upload saves that were made by others and neglect to give credit. Either they found the save and just wanted to share and didn't think credit would be due (which is innocent and not so bad) or they purposely try to steal the credit for the save as if it were their own (which, on the other hand, is bad).

Cool, that's why I also said "If it is yours, then great job". Because you never did state "My Save" or "Save I just made". You just said "Best Save", which could mean that it was the best one you found.
