dead island 72/72 of the island??

i had finished the game on the 360 before the patch came out and finished it with 71/72 but now that the patch is out my stats says i have 72/72 but i never got the achievement?
has this happened to everyone that finished the game before the patch?
i am assuming that all the progression stats are on your profile, so is there any ways to reset that count with out loosing all of the rest of my stats?

The only way is to get another gpd for the game and put it into your profile but it will probably reset the number of locations found!

or have usb stick tranfser ur data there then delete game off ur hd and clear ur cache.

doing new game + with the charater you complete the game will reset it...

here's how to reset you counter make sure u have all the achievements that have a counter like the Rootin' Tootin' Lootin'
beacuse this will reset those stats also.
1-delete CACHE FROM HARD DRIVE AND USB MEMORY UNIT
2-mOVE PROFILE AND SAVE ONTO USB MEMORY UNIT
3-LOAD GAME BUT DONT ACCEPT UPDATE THEN BEFORE THE PRESS START SCREEN PULL OUT USB STICK
4- START NEW GAME WHILE HIGHLIGHTING CHARACTER PUT USB BACK IN AND START GAME
5- ALL PROGRESS SHOULD NOW BE RESET
6 - QUIT GAME,, CONNECT TO LIVE... NOW FOR ME ALL THE ACHIEVEMENT PROGRESS CAME BACK ACCEPT LOCATIONS VOILA TRY AND GET ACHIEVEMENT NOW GOOD LUCK

Maybe I can help u, because many of my friends were 71 of 72 and the last point to find was always a door to open near the waterstation in the city. If u dont find it i can show u, my GT is BraunerWehrwolf, ask me in game and I show u :)
