I checked it out and your current money isn't 30099 so make sure you force an auto save in game at the amount you've written down. After it saves go to main menu, sign out and go to your dash (can get corrupted if done otherwise for this game). Repost a link to THAT save and I'll be happy to mod it for you.

The current money is at 1870

Your money is in fact at 1870, but the save you put up doesn't have a CON file header and thus is not a legitimate CON file.. meaning that it can't be rehashed/resigned to make it usable after editing. If you put up a save that's got a header w/ correct amount of money I'll be happy to mod it for you :)
