This save will get you the "Vanished" achievement.
Load up the save and talk to Samuel, achievement pops at the Mission Stats screen.

Perhaps it's a temporary issue with the ZS servers, but this download link hasn't been working for a while now. Assuming the file size meets the limits, you may want to consider uploading directly to 360H instead.
