Unlocking out of order is more likely to get your gamerscore reset & your card/profile cheater-branded as opposed to an outright ban. That's why you should always try to use a legit order saveset and test on a dummy profile first.

It doesn't include the DLC, but there is a legit order 1K for the original game here:
