have you extracted the files yet right click on it and hit extract to desktop or a file folder location then the editor will be available to be run hope this helps
I am having the same problem
adobe? u need to extract it using winzip/winrar then u should have the exe in a folder and it should just run like any other program
my one is acting weird as well its saying that that the application has an era does any one no how to fix that plz thread back?
All of these questions should be asked here, at the thread that the tool was released in.
It sounds like your computer doesn't recognize the rar file. Open the rar file in winrar or 7Zip first, then extract the exe file from that. The exe is the actual editor. Your computer should open it correctly after that.
Does it say anything about the error, or does it just say "error" and leave it at that? If it does (say something about the error), what does it say? Some save editors are designed to work with certain drivers or system files that aren't packaged with Windows, and it could be that your computer doesn't have the files it needs. Ask Jappi88 about it in the link I provided above, and he should be able to help you.
