Modding CoD4 Online?

I was wandering how you mod Call of Duty 4 online. A lot of people have special menus and stuff. Do you have to have a Jtag to do this? Because I was just in a game and got boosted to level 55 and prestiged and the modder left. I really don't want to start from level 1 again. So someone please help me!

You need a RGH or a JTAG to do this... but you can get into a lobby and kill people and it levels you up... although those lobbies are kind of hard to find these days since its an old game and most people just use infections like wallhacks ect....

i know se7ensins or xboxmb might have some modded lobbies for you to join... thats where i used to find the modded lobbies at before i left them
