Portal: Still Alive User Setting Save Editor

(1) Extract the "portal_config.cfg" fle from the UserSettings save.
(2) Open the "portal_config.cfg" file in the editor.
(3) Make any changes to the cvars and then save.
(4) Replace the "portal_config.cfg" file in the UserSettings gamesave.
(5) Rehash and Resign the UserSettings.

Um that's false. All of the cvars work, besides the ones that spawn enemies, people, etc. Because those are based off of Portal 1/and 2.

Unable to use God Mode/Buddha.
Your able to spawn blocks and change the skin as well.
